My name is Brandee Silverman I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner and primary therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy.
My practice works around the belief that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Rather than treating symptoms or individuals out of context. I seek to help clients to take a look at their whole selves in connection with the people and experiences that surround them. The therapy term for this is Systems Theory, but what it means is that everything is connected! If you are struggling in your relationships; experiencing depression, anxiety, or other difficulties. We can work together to improve what is happening in your body through self-care, in your mind through self-awareness, clarity, and insight, and in your relationships through positive interactions that really work and lead to long lasting connection.
